The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. While driving at an undisclosed speed, the locking bolts on the steering linkage had damaged the tires. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be repaired under a related recall. The vehicle was repaired; however, additional failure occurred after the recall repair. The vehicle was returned to the dealer, and the dealer stated the vehicle would not be repaired free of charge. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
