Consumer Description
94b - 3rd complaint 14 Months with no fix. Car actively malfunctions since Jan 2025 e.g. disabled esc. Federally non complaint. Unsafe. It has now been a year since my vehicle started experiencing symptoms. FCA US LLC refuses to communicate with me. Took to dealer 12/16 and now the part is available after a year of nothing available and needs to be ordered supposedly. A month later and I have still not received an appt for the parts that should have come in. Againnlwaving me in a federally non compliant vehicle for a year. FCA has not contacted me “. I’ve called sent certified letters etc.
