The contact stated that while attempting to make a left turn in a line of other vehicles, the brakes locked up and the vehicle came to an immediate stop. The contact stated that vehicle drove normally after the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 4,500.
