NHTSA Complaint #11705299 — 2025 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500

At random times when you start the vehicle there is no sound. No sound from the turn signals, radio, emergency flashers. Apple Car Play. You have to restart the vehicle to have it reset. You always do not know there is no sound until you have started to drive and go to use the radio of notice that the turn signal is not working. I did not realize that my left hand turn signal did not turn off and at a traffic light I was going straight and a car turn in front of me because they assumed I was making a left hand turn. There was not an accident because they were able to stop. I have had it back to the dealership a number of times. They reset the system. Said it needed a global reset. Even after the reset it still is doing this. Happens more in cold weather. I have recording that are date showing no sound. I have multiple videos but I am unable to upload due to size.
