The contact made several attempts to call the Customer Service Department to locate an authorized dealer; however, the phone number on the recall notification rang to another business. The contact stated that about 3 months ago, the ESC warning illuminated, and there was no authorized dealer nearby to service the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer made it difficult to contact an authorized dealer or to contact the manufacturer to schedule an appointment for the recall repair. The failure mileage was approximately 190,000.
