Consumer Description

Traction Control and ABS not working properly. ABS light on dashboard is on called dealer several times and am told that the parts are unavailable. However, they said if I want to pay for the parts they could fix it. We called mopar and were told that the parts are available and can even be purchased on [XXX] . Called and explained this to the dealer and they said they had 1 in stock and made an appointment. Then received a call that they didnt know if they could get the parts - seems like if I want to pay out of pocket they will fix it. I would like to know if I lose my brakes or have an accident because of this safety issue who will be responsible??
