NHTSA Complaint #11701860 — 2014 BUICK ENCLAVE

I was notified of the recall May 10,2023 Manufacturer Recall NumberN232404980 NHTSA Recall Number23V334 by mail. I called my Buick dealer and was told they had the part. I set up an appointment and took my car in for the repair, and was told they made a mistake and didn't have the part after all and that they would let me know when they got it in.
