Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver’s and passenger’s side sun visors unexpectedly detached. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and it was determined that the sun visors had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 14,900.
