NHTSA Complaint #11700224 — 2025 HONDA CR-V

My 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid (VIN: [XXX] ) has experienced three separate incidents of a complete loss of power while driving on public roads (on [XXX]), each time requiring towing. The authorized dealership has performed multiple repairs, with the most recent including the replacement of the throttle body. However, this represents the third recurrence of this identical safety-critical failure within 16 months, indicating that the underlying defect has not been fixed. I believe this vehicle has a persistent and dangerous safety defect that poses an ongoing risk to myself and the public.
