The local dealer was made aware of the issue, and the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The dealer confirmed that the failure was likely related to the recall; however, parts for the recall repair were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
