The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V454000 (Air Bags); however, the contact called a local dealer and was informed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the electronic throttle control warning light was illuminated on the instrument panel when the vehicle was started. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer to be diagnosed. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 16,900.
