Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2025 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the contact became aware that the rear glass had fractured. The contact stated that there was no impact to the glass to cause the fracture. The contact researched and noticed that it was a known failure with similar vehicles. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic. The contact stated that there was an appointment scheduled to replace the glass. The contact stated that because of the known failure, the failure could have occurred while driving the vehicle. The dealer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 1,044.
