NHTSA Complaint #11696633 — 2023 JEEP WRANGLER 4XE

My 2023 jeep wrangler 4xe indicated a service charging system notification on dash on 29oct2025. It turns on to acc mode only, but does not fully turn on to drive, it is immobilized. 30oct2025, I called jeep roadside assistance to have towed to neareat jeep repair shop, which is autonation jeep Carlsbad. Autonation refused a loaner vehicle, gave a 1-6 week repair timeline, and insisted there is a 250$ diagnostic fee even with the electrical issue, and know idcm issue via stellantis tsb.
