Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated that while driving 55-65 MPH, the vehicle shuddered while the RPM was fluctuating. There was no warning light illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in GM Campaign Number: N212328090 (8 Speed Reaction Carrier Failure). The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 109,000
