NHTSA Complaint #11693341 — 2020 HONDA CR-V

The contact owns a 2020 Honda CR-V. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V064000 (Air Bags) in 2024; however, the contact was repeatedly informed by the dealer that the part for the recall repair was not yet available. The contact called another local dealer but was also informed that the part was not yet available. The contact called the manufacturer was advised to call the dealer again, and a case was filed; however, the contact never received a call back. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure.
