Consumer Description

Hello. There is a recall on this vehicle (VB1) for vehicles manufactured up to 10/2019 My vehicle was manufactured 12/2019 with the same defective EGR COOLER that caused the recall on this vehicle. The manufacturer is saying they will not take car of the issue under warranty as my VIN number is not included in the recall. They are saying I need to contact you folks to include my VIN number into the recall. Are they correct? Are you able to assist in that? Really appreciate any help or guidance on this.
