Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2015 Ford Flex. The contact stated that the back-over prevention camera image was displayed upside-down. There were static lines on the screen, and the camera became inoperable. The message to “Contact Dealer” was displayed. The local dealer was contacted, and it was determined that the camera needed to be replaced. The dealer informed the contact that parts were on backorder. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.
