The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the check engine warning light illuminated, and an egg-like odor was present during start-up. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who diagnosed that the catalytic converter was faulty. The catalytic converter was reprogrammed, but the failure reoccurred. The catalytic converter was reprogrammed a second time and then eventually replaced.
