Consumer Description
Instrument Panel Cluster Failure Vehicle and incident details: Vehicle: Jeep (model year unknown) Date of failure: Evening of April 14, 2025 Symptoms: The instrument panel cluster went completely blank during a 25-mile drive far from home. Functionality lost: The ability to see speed, gas level, headlight status, and all alert lights. Prior warnings: No warning lights or alerts appeared before the failure. Repair status: The vehicle is at an authorized Jeep dealer, which has confirmed the issue is with the instrument panel cluster. Jeep has been notified and is working to replace the parts. Key event timeline: April 14, 2025: Instrument panel fails while driving. April 15, 2025: Car is taken to an authorized Jeep dealer for inspection. Post-inspection: Dealer informs the owner of the instrument panel cluster issue.
