Consumer Description

See attached document for complaint. Text from attached document: Despite completing the interim repair, the vehicle still cannot charge, and my repeated inquiries, including under case number CXH-05041947-L 1V3X6, have been met with vague promises of replacement batteries being available "next quarter" with no resolution in sight. Furthermore, I learned on July 23, 2025, that Ford offered a buy-back program for affected vehicles that ended on July 1, 2025, which I was never informed about.
