The contact stated that the rear doors failed to open as needed and could only be opened while engaging the front driver's side power master door lock switch. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
