The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V274000 (Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the dealer was contacted to schedule an appointment; however, the contact was informed that the part was not yet available. The contact attempted to schedule an appointment for the vehicle to be inspected; however, the dealer refused to schedule the appointment. The contact had related the oil consumption to the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted about the recall and referred the contact back to the dealer for assistance. The failure mileage was 34,305.
