The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Genesis. The contact stated that while attempting to restart the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the starter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 165,000.
