Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2024 Honda Civic. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 MPH and slowing for a traffic light, the brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle started shaking violently and then stalled. The contact stated that the check battery warning light was illuminated. The failure was intermittent but became a recurring failure. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 26,000.
