Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette. The contact stated that while started and running, the convertible top release button was depressed; however, a wire snapped. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was determined that the convertible top cable had snapped and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 9,500.
