Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2024 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that the driver's side front floor mat was buckling and slipping underneath the brake and accelerator pedals. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that occupants were tripping on the passenger’s side front floor mat. The local dealer was contacted, where it was diagnosed and determined that floor mats needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was unknown.
