TODAY, I WAS MERGING OFF [XXX] TO [XXX] WITH NO CARS OR OBSTACLES AROUND AND THE AUTOMATIC BRAKING SYSTEM DEPLOYED AND THE CAR BRIEFLY SLAMMED ON THE BRAKES AND WHEN I PRESSED DOWN ON THE GAS IT RELEASED ITSELF. LUCKY NO CARS WERE BEHIND ME AT THE TIME BUT IT DID SCARE MY WIFE AND I AT THE TIME. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
