The contact stated that when the manufacturer was contacted, the contact was informed that a representative would be in contact; however, after five months, the contact had not yet received a call. The contact stated that the vehicle battery failed in January 2025, and the vehicle was towed to a local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 36,000.
