Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2023 Chevrolet Colorado. The contact stated that while driving through a carwash, the roof suddenly became concaved. Upon leaving the carwash the roof suddenly made a loud pop and returned to the normal position. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a structural failure with the roof. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, a case was opened, and the contact was referred to the NHTSA hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 10.
