Consumer Description
Approximately [XXX] on [XXX] I was driving from my home to a doctors appointment on [XXX] in Tampa Florida. Approximately 8 mins from my home. The roads were in desperate need of repair with patchy potholes uneven pavement. I was going approximately 30 to 35 miles an hour that is the speed limit for this road as I was going over I hit one of the shallow holes in the road when that happened. the car bounced, and the headset exploded into the back of my head.!! it startled me, but not enough to cause an accident. I pulled over to see what had happened when I saw the headset. It looks like it exploded. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
