The contact owns a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle jerked abnormally. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, no cause for the failure was found. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the failure persisted. In addition, the contact stated that the rear passenger’s side door failed to latch as intended, and there was sand and leaves from the outside enter the vehicle due to the failure.
