NHTSA Complaint #11660399 — 2021 JEEP WRANGLER

This is a 2021 Jeep with 23,000 miles on it. We inherited the Jeep after my father in law that passed away a few months ago. My wife was coming from Hampton Virginia going through the [XXX]. She hit a bump in the tunnel at 55 miles in hour and the steering wheel stated to shake. Se managed to slow down and the shaking slowed down to were she could get out of the tunnel. The vehicle was towed home. After reading some articles about this problem "Death Wobble" I contacted the local Jeep dealer on Military Highway in Norfolk Va. The service department told my wife it would be 250.00 to look at the problem and would return the 250.00 it its under warranty.
