Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle shuddered, and the transmission was difficult to shift into gear. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and was diagnosed with transmission failure. The contact was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the same diagnostic information was provided. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 96,244.
