The contact owns a 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact observed a melted spot, almost identical on the driver’s and front passenger’s lower back rest on the seats. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
