NHTSA Complaint #11651500 — 2022 RAM 2500

I was out plowing when my wipers stopped working. brought it in for service and they first said the wiper motor was bad cost for diagnoices was $169.00 issue was not the motor. after second trip for service they found a defaulty fuse box additional charge over $800.00.
