Consumer Description
While driving to work the power steering locked up with a code of Power Steering Assist Fault. Can you imagine driving down the road in rush hour and this happens to your vehicle?? We have checked into the Customer Service 15N01 from Ford and it EXPIRED in 2015! THIS SHOULD BE A SAFETY RECALL put out by NHTSA!!!! We have read all of these complaints on this website of the exact same problem with the steering going out. This is completely dangerous for the public. DO SOMETHING NOW TO CORRECT THIS! NHTSA and Ford please respond!!!!!
