The contact owns a 2017 Dodge Charger. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument cluster failed to function as intended. The contact stated that the instrument cluster independently changed radio stations and made phone calls. In addition, the contact stated that the instrument cluster independently switched between icons. The contact stated that the failure was persistent. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 68,000.
