The contact owns a 2018 Can-Am Spyder RT. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V728000 (POWER TRAIN). The vehicle was taken to a local dealer; however, the recall repair was not completed. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue; however, the manufacturer declined to repair the vehicle. The contact was informed that the mileage requirement had been exceeded as stated in the recall remedy. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
