Consumer Description
The electrical system failed. Issue was it disengaged the 12 volt system as well. Vehicle seized and stopped in the middle of a high usage road with no ability to put into neutral. After speaking with Ford, they concede that there must be 12 volt battery power in order to put car in neutral. After 2 hours of blocking traffic The tow truck arrived ( was a rainy day) and within a minute hooked up a 12 volt battery and drove the vehicle off the road way. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. My claim number with Ford is: case [XXX]. Thank you. Feel free to contact me in any further information is needed.
