Consumer Description

My car automatically braked in the middle of an intersection and caused my vehicle to be rear-ended. This was the third time automatic braking engaged when it should not have been. In the most recent incident on [XXX] I was injured and had to have medical attention. I googled automatic braking and there were many reports of automatic braking being deployed when it should not have been.
