The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were also illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, while stopped at a traffic light after the hybrid battery turned on, the engine revved independently. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
