Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2019 Jaguar I-Pace. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to charge over eighty percent. There were unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact was concerned about the vehicle catching on fire. The vehicle was taken to an unknown local dealer on four occasions, where it was determined that a software update was needed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was contacted regarding the buyback, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
