All repairs were completed, including replacement of necessary components, as indicated in the attached invoice. Despite the repair being finalized, the recall status for my vehicle (NHTSA Recall Number: 24V104) still appears as “Incomplete” in both NHTSA and CarFax systems. This delay in updating the recall status is causing unnecessary complications, as the repair has already been documented and confirmed by the dealership. Request: I kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring that the recall status for my vehicle is updated to “Completed” in your system as soon as possible.
