Consumer Description
My New 2024 Model Y Tesla is having a computer failure - no navigation / GPS (stuck at last address when issue occurred) and no cameras (including rear camera). With limited rear windshield visibility and no backup camera functionality, we've been put in dangerous situations. They keep pushing out the service dates waiting on new parts / computers.
