Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving 55 MPH, the steering wheel started to feel loosened and shaky. The contact pulled on the steering wheel and the steering wheel detached. The steering wheel was re-attached. The vehicle was taken to a dealer but was not yet diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000.
