The contact had received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24T009000 (Tires). The contact called the dealer to schedule an appointment and the dealer stated that the replacement tires were not yet available. The contact had also called a tire dealer, and the dealer stated that the contact needed to contact a dealer for the vehicle manufacturer. The manufacturer was notified and provided the contact a phone number for the contact to call. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
