The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V129000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) and contacted the dealer to schedule the recall repair appointment; however, the dealer informed the contact that they could not assist because the VIN was not included in the recall. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that the VIN was included in the recall; however, no further assistance was provided. The contact had not experienced a failure.
