Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2021 Ford F-350. The contact stated when the vehicle was shifted into reverse(R), the back-up camera image was blurry. The contact wiped the camera lens; however, the image remained blurry. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 93,000.
