NHTSA Complaint #11624074 — 2015 FORD FUSION

I've had recurring issues of brake failure. Thankfully, none of the issues have resulted in fatality, injury or major damage. My most recent issue happened as I was leaving my job. I depressed the brake to put the car in drive and the brake went down almost to the floor. I hesitantly drove the car to an auto shop near my home and was able to have the brakes serviced. I have included that invoice (10.02.24) along with some invoices from previous issues (09.07.17) (04.12.18). There have been recalls made concerning the break line in Ford Fusions that were released around the same time as mine (Recall #23S12). I question if, although my vin number does not show in the recall search, my car should have been included within this recall. I'm concerned and I would like to know if I have any options toward reimbursement for these repairs and/or a complimentary inspection to make sure there is indeed no safety issue that is connected Recall 23S12 or any other Ford brake line recall.
