NHTSA Complaint #11623862 — 2022 THOR MOTOR COACH SEQUENCE

Thor Sequences RV: The roof top solar that was installed by Thor Motorcoach flew off of the RV roof while I was driving on [XXX] in downtown Columbus, Ohio. I thought something fell out of a cabinet when I heard a thud. I exited [XXX] on [XXX], and a Central Ohio Transit Authority van driver told something flew off the roof of the RV. I parked and inspected the vehicle and discovered the solar panel was missing. I drove to Mark Wahlberg Air Stream where I purchased the camper van and reported the issue. The staff in maintenance showed me two solar panels that were recalled and being replaced. I was informed several days later that the solar panels on my camper van were not recalled.
